How to turn it on
- 01Hold 1,000,000+ Mask tokensIn a normal Solana wallet you control (Phantom, Backpack, Solflare…).
- 02Connect that wallet on MaskOpen the swap screen and choose Connect wallet.
- 03Click “Verify holdings”Under Holder perk. Your wallet asks you to sign a short message.
- 04Discount onMask checks your balance and shows “Discounted fees”. Quotes update right away.
The check lasts for this browser tab. If your balance drops below 1,000,000 Mask tokens, normal fees apply on your next quote.
Is it safe?
Yes. The signature is a free message, not a transaction — it can’t move funds or approve anything. It only proves you own the wallet, so nobody can claim your holdings. Mask reads your balance straight from Solana.
Never sign anything that asks to approve a transfer to get “free fees”. Mask will never ask for that.
